SWAC’s mission is to convey the sanctity of marriage on the wedding day as outlined in the Holy Bible.

According The Knot, the average cost of a wedding in Texas is $35,000 to $40,000, while full service wedding planning and design will cost $10,000 or more.
However, this is an average wedding cost, and this number may vary depending on your personal preferences.
Our meeting will be based upon your custom wedding needs and purchased services.

At Sealed With A Covenant Weddings and Events (SWAC), our aim is to ensure a seamless and stress-free experience throughout your entire wedding planning journey. We are dedicated to offering not just planning services, but also prayerful support and encouragement whenever you need it. You can count on us to be readily accessible via text, email, or phone call, always just a message away.
During this 30 minute meeting, our team will delve into your overarching vision and customization of your wedding day experience. You’ll have the chance to share preferences for venue, vendors, outline your budget, specify the anticipated guest count, and express any faith-based or traditional elements you wish to integrate.
SWAC charges a non-refundable retainer fee to all clients to reserve your wedding planner for your wedding. These fees are retained at the signing of the contract to render services.
At SWAC, we schedule all weddings according to the dates provided by our clients. If, after confirming the initial wedding date, SWAC becomes available for a different date, we can proceed without hesitation. However, if SWAC is already booked for the new wedding date, we will collaborate with you to refund the remaining portion of the fee charged, keeping in mind that the initial retainer is nonrefundable.
SWAC is committed to assisting you in rescheduling or canceling venue(s) and vendors as needed. Please be aware that each venue and vendor may have its own policies regarding rescheduling and cancellations. To safeguard against unforeseen circumstances, SWAC strongly recommends that all clients consider acquiring wedding insurance. Below are some options for your consideration

While SWAC recommends a planning window of 6 months to 1 year prior to your wedding date, we understand that circumstances vary. We’re committed to accommodating your needs whenever possible, provided that our availability aligns with your desired timeframe.
For an additional fee, SWAC offers destination wedding planning services.
